Our take
This heavier version of the DB3 set is more useful than the 6 lb version. The silicone handles are still great, and the 5-in-1 adjustability makes transitions smooth. But at this price, I'd expect a more robust build. The plastic components still worry me, and the weight increments are small. It's good for beginners, but serious lifters will outgrow it quickly. The rust-proof alloy steel is a plus, but overall, it's pricey for what it offers.
